Situated atop of the Mar Vista Plateau, this new residence overlooks Venice and the Marina. Designed with a clean minimalist aesthetic, the project developed details which met the clients’ intentions for a modern yet contemporary feel. Site design included a drought tolerant landscape plan, large pool, jacuzzi, and a sports court.
